You can only use one "Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue" card per turn. Choose one character with 1 or less energy generation on your opponent's energy line and move it to their front line. Then, if none of your opponent's characters were placed into their removal area due to this move, draw a card. (When moving the character, if the front line is full, your opponent chooses one card on their front line and places it into their removal area first.)
