Availability
In-Store Pickup is available during our standard operating hours, excluding holidays. To ensure your order is ready, please contact us before coming to pick up your items.


Order Pickup Window

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 calendar days of being ready for pickup.

  • Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled and subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Order Confirmation

  • We recommend confirming your order’s availability via email or phone before arriving.

  • Orders will only be released to the person listed on the order or an authorized representative with proper identification.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your items at pickup.

  • We are not responsible for items picked up in damaged condition if you leave the premises without reporting them.

  • Any issues must be reported immediately upon pickup.


Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse pickup for orders that are incomplete, unpaid, or not in compliance with our policies.

  • Large or high-demand items may have special pickup requirements; we will notify you in advance if applicable.
