In-Store Pickup Policy
Availability
In-Store Pickup is available during our standard operating hours, excluding holidays. To ensure your order is ready, please contact us before coming to pick up your items.
Order Pickup Window

Orders must be picked up within 14 calendar days of being ready for pickup.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order Confirmation

We recommend confirming your order’s availability via email or phone before arriving.

Orders will only be released to the person listed on the order or an authorized representative with proper identification.
Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your items at pickup.

We are not responsible for items picked up in damaged condition if you leave the premises without reporting them.

Any issues must be reported immediately upon pickup.
Additional Notes

We reserve the right to refuse pickup for orders that are incomplete, unpaid, or not in compliance with our policies.

Large or high-demand items may have special pickup requirements; we will notify you in advance if applicable.
