The Deck Out Gaming mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Deck Out Gaming (“Deck Out Gaming”, “we”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service, or any of its features, without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Consent to Receive Messages
By subscribing to Deck Out Gaming’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of Deck Out Gaming at the mobile number you provide, even if your number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.

Note: If you are subscribed to multiple Deck Out Gaming mobile programs, you may need to opt out separately for each program.

Short Codes & Number Changes

We may change any short code or phone number used for the Service at any time and will notify you.

Messages sent to a changed short code or number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to old numbers.
Wireless Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must provide a valid mobile number.

If you change your mobile number, you must sign up for the Service again with your new number.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages.
