1. Where do we ship?

We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii).

Important: Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your shipping country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local government if you have questions.


2. Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery via Trexity with next weekday departures (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Pre-orders are delivered on release day.

Local Delivery Rates:

  • Under $60 – $14.99

  • $60 to $249.99 – $11.99

  • $250+ – Free

Areas covered: Oshawa, Courtice, Pickering, Ajax, Bowmanville, Whitby, Scarborough, parts of Markham, parts of North York.

Local delivery will appear as an option at checkout if your address is eligible.


3. What will shipping cost me in Canada?

  • Tracked Parcel under $60 – $14.99

  • Tracked Parcel $60 to $249.99 – $11.99

  • Tracked Parcel $250+ – Free

  • Untracked Bubble Mailer (no tracking or insurance which means no way to tell where it is, or how long it will take to get to you) ; If lost or stolen, Deck Out Gaming is not responsible

Note: Tracked rates are subsidized. If your shipping address is in a remote area or a PO Box with higher costs, you may be contacted for an additional shipping upcharge.


4. What will shipping cost me in the United States?

  • Tracked Parcel under $60 – $14.99

  • Tracked Parcel $60 to $249.99 – $11.99

  • Tracked Parcel $250+ – Free

Note: Tracked rates are subsidized. Remote or PO Box addresses may require an additional upcharge. Some areas may be too expensive to service.


5. Which shipping companies do you use?

We use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, or ICS, depending on the package and destination.


6. Do you ship PTCGO/PTCGL codes?

No physical shipping. These digital codes are delivered via email, usually within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Contact us if you do not receive your email.


7. When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing and shipment.


8. When will my order arrive?

Tracked parcels may experience delays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery due to carrier delays, which are beyond our control.


9. My shipment was returned to sender. What can I do?

Contact us immediately if your order is marked as returned. We will await its arrival and determine the cause.

  • If the return was due to incorrect information on your part, you are responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs.

  • If you choose not to have the order reshipped, you are responsible for both the initial and return shipping costs.

  • Emails sent to your spam folder do not exempt you from responsibility for timely pickup or address accuracy.

If the error was on our end, we will reship at no cost to you.


10. My shipment was marked delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?

Deck Out Gaming is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once marked as delivered.


11. Who is responsible for customs, duties, and tariffs?

You are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping. Deck Out Gaming is not responsible if your package is opened or inspected by customs/border officials, and this will not qualify for compensation.


12. Order cancellations and restocking fees

If you request cancellation of an order (excluding pre-orders) before or after processing, you will be subject to a restocking fee based on the fees charged at purchase.
