Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is the purchase of an item before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later date.

Shipping Pre-Order Items

• Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items on the invoice are in stock.

• Please refer to the ship dates listed in the item titles. The latest pre-order date on your order dictates the shipment date for the entire order.

Partial Shipping

• You may choose to have available items shipped immediately. Extra shipping charges will apply, and your order will be treated as two separate orders.
  

• Shipping costs for partial shipments will follow the standard shipping rates outlined on our site.

Payment

• Full payment is required upfront for all pre-orders.

Cancelling Pre-Orders

• You may cancel pre-order items at any time except within 4 weeks of release.

• A 10% restocking fee will be withheld from any refunds for pre-order cancellations. This fee is non-negotiable.

Delayed Pre-Order Items

• If a pre-order item is delayed by the manufacturer, we will notify you via email or phone.

• In such cases, you may choose to:

  1. Wait for the item to ship at a later date, or

  2. Receive a full refund (no restocking fee applied).
