If you request to cancel an order (not a pre-order) before or after it is processed, you may be subject to a restocking fee based on the fees applied during the original transaction.

All orders placed using Buy Now Pay Later services (e.g., Sezzle, Afterpay) are also subject to a 10% restocking fee if cancellation is requested. Orders placed by automated bots are similarly subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
