Issuance of Store Credit

• All store credit for trade-ins is now issued as Gift Cards.

• Going forward, the term Gift Card will be used exclusively when referencing store credit.

• Effective December 1, 2022, all store credit is issued as a Gift Card.

Do Gift Cards Expire?

• Gift Cards never expire.

Can I Return or Trade a Gift Card for Cash?

• No. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sales Tax on Gift Cards

• No sales tax is charged when purchasing a Gift Card.

• Items purchased with a Gift Card are subject to applicable sales tax, and the Gift Card balance is applied toward the total, in accordance with tax law.

Gift Cards & Trade-In Values

• Trade-in values for store credit were increased to account for tax obligations, so you are receiving full value on your trade-ins.

What Can I Use a Gift Card For?

• Gift Cards may be used toward any purchase on the store, including shipping costs.

Physical Gift Cards

• Gift Cards are digital only, as we operate exclusively online.
