Please be mindful that other couriers are now seeing a large volume of packages being diverted to them due to the Canada Post Strike. This might cause delays in order delivery from the courier. Shipments from us will be going out via UPS, Canpar, Purolator, or other alternative couriers.
Please note that we can not service PO boxes or Rural areas at this time. If you enter in a PO Box address or very Rural/Remote address, your order will not ship until after the strike. Please note that additional upcharges may apply on PO Box/Remote area shipments as per our Shipping Policy
While the Canada Post strike is on, please expect already shipped shipments to have delays (this includes untracked bubble mailer shipments). Please note that untracked bubble mailer will not be available for the duration of the strike, as Canada Post is the only one to offer Lettermail services.
